This program is taught in English.

A 2-hour practice session of Dinah Rodrigues' Hormone Yoga for women who are either already familiar with the practice or who have a solid Hatha yoga practice and want to learn Hormone Yoga. If you are completely new to yoga, please check back for a 6-hour workshop which will be programmed end of June.

Cancellation policy

If the program is indicated on this page as full with a waiting list at the time of cancellation, then we will refund all but 1 Euro for admin charges only if we are able to take someone in from the waiting list. If the program is not indicated as full, then we will only refund all less 1 Euro if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the program.
