My yoga journey began in the early 2010s while living in Canada through the Sivananda tradition. At the time, I was going through a challenging period both professionally and personally, and just then yoga came at the right moment. What started as a physical exercise soon became something much deeper. Over time, I realized that yoga is not simply a physical movement but a way of living and being.
With over a decade of personal practice and eight years of teaching experience, I bring a grounded yet evolving approach to yoga. While it is a deep personal experience, a quiet return to oneself, I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter one's level or background. Each class is an opportunity to move with intention, breathe with consciousness, and come home into one's body and mind.
