My journey on the Yoga path started in 2005. I took my first course in the Sivananda tradition, and I immediately became a dedicated student. After this course, I wanted to deepen my knowledge in yoga philosophy. I went to South India to discover Yoga at its source and, after several visits, I attended the Sivananda Teacher Training Course in Neyyar Dam, Kerala where I got my teaching certification in 2012.
After certification, La Source asked me to teach Sivananda and lower back yoga classes as a substitute.
Besides my training in India, I also hold a BDY certificate, the German association of yoga teachers. This four-years training was based on the teachings of TKV Desikachar.
During this time I studied as well at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai (India), which bestowed me to familiarize myself with the different aspects and traditions of yoga, and to work with both eastern and western teachers.
As I love to be a student myself, I continue to attend classes all over the world in different styles, because I believe in Yoga as a lifelong process.
I wish to transmit my enthusiasm to my students, and the understanding that Yoga is holistic.
