Pranic Rejuvenation: Breathwork, Asana, Nidra, Breakfast in Strassen

Join Denise and Fredric as they recreate the magic of their summer retreats with a Saturday morning intensive of breathwork, asana, and nidra to experience deep presence, mental clarity, and joy. The program is followed by an optional breakfast.
The 2 1/2-hour program in Walferdange brings together 45 minutes of prana kriya breathwork taught by Fredric, 85 minutes of asana taught by Denise, and 20 minutes of nidra guided relaxation led by Fredric to purify and balance the physical body and subtle energy system. This workshop is not restricted to those who participated at the retreats. Others can join and benefit.
Due to the dynamic aspect of the breathing practices, come with an empty stomach. Hence, the breakfast option immmediately afterward.

This workshop will take place at our center in Strassen. Afterwards, we will have breakfast at the Il Mercato restaurant, located 50 meters from the center. The price will vary depending on your choice. The price of breakfast is listed as "0" in the registration below. Please register if you would like to have breakfast with us so we can reserve a suitable table.
