Julien Beladina
I have been on the yogic path for several years. Before knowing what yoga was, I started with meditation which is part of Raja yoga. I now dedicate my life to the practice and the sharing of this ancient, yet still very relevant, science and philosophy.
My passion for music has found a home in Bhakti yoga — the yoga of devotion — and Kirtan, the practice of singing mantras in community.
I have been honored to guide people in singing mantras in Rishikesh (the birth place of yoga in India), as well as around Europe. I now regularly facilitate workshops in Luxembourg that explore self-expression and inner connection through guided meditation, voice activation, and singing circles.
My aim is to preserve the energy harnessed in India, to bring it to our western lands, humbly sharing and keeping alive the traditions I have learned from my teachers.
