• All teachers at La Source have studied with Denise and/or Fredric for a minimum of six months. We suggest that you do the same as a paying student and with no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your interest to teach with us. We have been teaching for 35-40 years each, and you can learn a lot from us both in terms of yoga and what it takes to be a successful teacher.
• If you apply, please be detailed:

1. how long you have been practicing, in what specific lineage and style, and with whom (names of specific teachers);
2. In terms of your teacher training(s), please include the name of the program, where and when you took it, in what style it was, the head teacher(s) and a link to the training site;
3. If you have been teaching since your teacher training, please let us know where and for how long;

• We do not offer "Vinyasa Flow". If your teacher training was in this modern Westernized exercise system, you will receive a more welcoming response by applying to centers who offer it.
